OIL CAN 20L RIF NDURANCE FOR OIL INJECTED SCREW COMPRESSORS

Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance is a compressor oil (1630091800) supplied in a 20-litre can, designed for Atlas Copco oil-injected screw compressors where the lubricant is injected into the airend — the rotating screw element at the heart of the compressor — to seal, cool and lubricate as the air is compressed. It is a mineral-based fluid, refined from petroleum base stock rather than chemically synthesised, and built to hold its properties over long running periods. It has a viscosity of 55 mm²/s at 40°C, a viscosity index of 106, a pour point of -33°C and a low total acid number of 0.1 mg KOH/g, so it stays fluid on cold starts, holds a stable film at operating temperature and starts its service life with very little acidity.

This oil suits oil-injected screw compressors rated below 30 kW (40 hp), with a service interval of up to 4,000 running hours or one year, whichever comes first. Draining and refilling on schedule helps keep the oil separator, bearings and cooler working as they should. Before ordering, check the oil grade your compressor is specified for and its oil fill volume, since that volume decides how many 20-litre cans a service takes.
